RTP here is the figure the studio publishes. Some studios let the casino choose one of several settings, and in some games the bet you pick or the moment you cash out moves the return; each game guide says which applies.
What you will find in this section
The games in this section have one thing in common: everyone at the table bets on the same outcome. A countdown runs, then a wheel comes to rest, a ball finds its pocket, dice settle, balls drop or a coin lands for every player at once, where a slot spins for you alone. Crazy Coin Flip mixes the two: reels you spin on your own decide whether you join its shared live coin flip.

Live studio, live draw or recording
- A studio show with a presenter. Most of Evolution's shows and Pragmatic Play's Sweet Bonanza CandyLand: a wheel spins, a machine draws balls or dice drop through a tower on camera, and random number generators can add extras such as the Lightning numbers.
- Live, with a virtual part. Ice Fishing's wheel is virtual, in Evolution's own word, with a live host reeling in the fish of its bonus games. Crazy Coin Flip's reels are RNG; only its bonus coin flip is live.
- BetGames' live draws. Balls in Lucky 7, a wheel in Wheel of Fortune and two dice in Dice Duel, on camera around the clock. Each draw is numbered, and if a presenter calls a result wrongly, the video decides.
- A recorded draw. Classic Wheel plays each draw from a Wheel of Fortune recording, presenter included, picked at random. The live wheel is a separate game.
How a round runs

Betting time
A countdown opens the round; when it ends, no more bets are taken. BetGames' rules start the next betting round at once: when a Wheel of Fortune or Dice Duel draw ends, and in Lucky 7 as soon as betting on the current draw closes. -
Random extras
Lightning Roulette strikes one to five numbers with 50x to 500x, Lightning Dice two to four bet spots, and Ice Fishing adds boosts of up to 10x, all after betting closes: no one can back a multiplier already on show. -
The result
Some stops settle nothing at once. Dream Catcher's 2x and 7x segments, Monopoly Live's CHANCE when its card shows a multiplier and CandyLand's Sugar Bomb hold every bet for another spin, and the next result pays multiplied. -
Bonus rounds
In Evolution's wheel shows, only bets on a bonus segment play its game; everyone else watches. In Crazy Time nine of the 54 segments lead to one of four bonus games, one spin in six by Evolution's figure. -
Payment
Evolution and Pragmatic Play mostly quote odds to one, stake returned on top: 5 to 1 on R10 brings back R60. BetGames multiplies the stake by decimal odds: R10 at 18.00 brings back R180.
Where the multipliers come from
In several games here, part of the published return arrives only through rare multiplied wins. Lightning Roulette funds its strikes from the straight-up bet, which pays 29 to 1 when lightning misses the number, against 35 to 1 in plain roulette. At its regular 4 to 1, a Lightning Dice bet on a total of 10 would return 62.5% by our sums; lightning wins lift it into the 96.03% to 96.57% Evolution gives.
So a short session can end far below the published figure with the game working as it should. A record is not a ceiling either: Evolution counts a 25,000x Cash Hunt result from 11 December 2022 among the largest Crazy Time wins, and each Crazy Time table sets a limit on one player's winnings per round.
Why the RTP is a range, and what moves it 📊
A slot's return can depend on the setting a casino runs. Here the bet you pick moves it: Evolution's rules give most bets a return of their own, which our pages show as a range "depending on the bet". Crazy Time runs from 94.33% on Pachinko to 96.08% on the 1 and Dream Catcher from 89.88% on the 40 to 95.65% on the 10, while Lightning Roulette's straight-up returns 97.10% against 97.30% on its other standard bets.
No rule of thumb finds the best bet: Dream Catcher's 10, on four segments, returns more than its 1 on 23, and its 5 less than either. With equal chips, BET ON ALL averages 93.05% there by our arithmetic. Where wins can reach a table's payout cap, Evolution quotes less for maximum bets: 94.55% instead of 95.17% on Ice Fishing's Huge Reds.
BetGames gives one figure per game. At its demo's odds, our sums give every Wheel of Fortune bet its 94.74%, but Lucky 7's four-number bet about 63% against the game's 95%. Pragmatic Play publishes no figure for Sweet Bonanza CandyLand. What RTP measures in general is in our RTP and volatility guide.
Volatility: the bet you pick moves it 📊
BetGames labels its games here Low (Wheel of Fortune, Dice Duel, Classic Wheel) or Medium (Lucky 7), but within a game the bet you pick moves it. At the demo's odds, a Lucky 7 number backed not to be drawn pays 1.14 and wins about five draws in six by our sums; four numbers backed to be drawn pay 2000 and land about once in 3,198.
Evolution publishes no volatility for its games here: its game pages give none. Pragmatic Play gives none for CandyLand, so our guides leave the label out rather than borrow one.
Before the first bet
- Video costs data. Every game here streams a presenter, live or recorded, and an hour of live video eats far more mobile data than an hour of slot spins.
- Stakes and caps. BetGames leaves stake limits to your casino; an Evolution table shows its own in the Bet Limits panel. The casino rows on each game page give the minimum where we found one, from R0.20 on Mega Ball to R4 on Lightning Roulette.
- Whose odds our figures use. BetGames' official demo loads its odds as a numbered preset, and nothing official says a casino runs the same set: our BetGames figures are at the demo's odds, and your betslip shows your casino's.
- Rounds add up. A Classic Wheel draw every two minutes, by BetGames' rules, is 30 an hour by our count: R300 at R10 a draw. Set the stake and the number of rounds first.
- Same name, another game. First Person Dream Catcher, First Person Mega Ball and Instant Lucky 7 are RNG games, not the live ones covered here. Check the name and studio on the tile.

Are all the games in this section live?
No. Most stream from a studio with a presenter, but Classic Wheel plays each draw from a Wheel of Fortune recording picked at random. Ice Fishing's wheel is virtual, with a live host in its bonus games, and Crazy Coin Flip's reels are RNG before its live coin flip.
Why is a game show's RTP given as a range?
Because the studio's rules give different bets different returns, and the range runs from the lowest to the highest. In Crazy Time the 1 returns 96.08% and Pachinko 94.33%, so the bet you pick changes what the game costs you over a long run.
Which bet here returns the most?
By the studios' own figures, Lightning Roulette's standard bets other than straight-up, at 97.30%, then Ice Fishing's Leaf bets and Lightning Roulette's straight-up, both at 97.10%. That is a long-run average: a short session can end anywhere.
Can I play a bonus round without betting on it?
No. In Crazy Time, Funky Time, Ice Fishing and Monopoly Live a bonus game is shown to the whole table, but only bets on its spot play it. Covering every bonus adds a bet per spot each round, and in Crazy Time those four bets are also the four lowest returns.
Can a betting system beat these games?
No. Every round starts from the same wheel, dice or balls, the multipliers come at random, and each bet carries the house edge in its RTP. Covering every spot only averages the returns of the spots you cover.
What if my connection drops mid-round?
Evolution's help for Lightning Dice and Mega Ball keeps your bets valid if you drop out after betting has closed, settles them without you and shows the result in your History window. BetGames still counts a draw you missed through a technical fault at your end, as long as its video is in the archive.
