About SmartSoft Gaming
SmartSoft Gaming says it was "Founded in Georgia in 2015 by industry experts" and calls itself "the next-level casino games provider, erasing the boundaries between gaming and gambling". The company holding its Malta Gaming Authority licence is SmartSoft Limited of Birkirkara, Malta, as both the site's footer and the MGA register show. Its about page also lists licences in Romania, Georgia, Greece and Ontario; South Africa appears there only in a separate list headed "Certifications", as a country name with its flag and no word on who certified what.
On SmartSoft's own page for it, JetX is the studio's flagship game, launched in 2018. The studio's site sorts the catalogue into crash games, slots, instant games and mine games: there JetX, CricketX and HelicopterX are crash games, while PlinkoX and Balloon are instant games. On this site each of them sits in Crash and instant games.
The help screens of JetX, CricketX and HelicopterX share a rule, and our reviews of all three report it: the return is given as a range, and its top goes to the player who bets on the lowest multiplier, so the target you choose moves the return as well as the risk. Balloon's help gives a range without saying what moves it. PlinkoX lists one return for each of its three versions, the same on all three, and a little more with its B+ option switched on.

How many bets does JetX take in one round?
It depends on the version. The rules of the original JetX allow a single bet or two bets on the same flight. SmartSoft announced the New Era of JetX on 14 September 2026, and its rules say the player may place one, two or four separate bets on the same round. The rules screen of the game you have open states how many it allows.
Can I try SmartSoft's games before depositing?
On SmartSoft's own site, yes: its game pages carry a Play Demo button. The demo plays in credits marked DMO, and the stake limits and money caps in its help are the demo's settings; at a casino, go by the limits the game shows there.
