About Games Global
Games Global is a supplier built around a network of studios: its About page speaks of "in-house and partnered studios", and its Products page credits its titles to them by name. The company went live on 3 May 2022, and its launch post links that day to the acquisition of Microgaming's distribution business, game IP and progressive jackpot network. The Products page lists Mega Moolah among its progressive jackpots, and besides slots the About page names table games, video bingo, video poker and crash games.
Both games we cover here come from studios in that network. Games Global's own banner for Sky Cash, a jet crash game with two bet panels, carries the logo of Buck Stakes Entertainment; Games Global's list of studios files that studio under Africa and calls it "a dynamic South African studio". 12 Masks of Fire Drums is the work of Gameburger Studios, in Games Global's words "an independent game development studio based in the USA" and one of its exclusive studios: gold masks light a prize tower from 1x to 3,000x the bet, and drums lead into free spins in which each new level adds a row to the reels.
The licence we give for Games Global is the one its website footer names for Games Global Operations Limited: UK Gambling Commission account 58841, which the Commission's public register lists for two remote activities, Gambling Software and Game Host (Casino), both active since 15 February 2022. The Malta licence printed in the same footer belongs to a different company, Prima Networks Limited, which is why this page does not give it as the studio's licence.

Does Games Global have an office in South Africa?
Its careers page lists a South African hub at 77 Armstrong Avenue, La Lucia Ridge, Durban, while the UK Gambling Commission's register gives Douglas, Isle of Man, as the head office of Games Global Operations Limited. The access-to-information manual on its site, published under South Africa's PAIA and POPIA, names Creative Foundry (Pty) Ltd together with Games Global Operations Limited and gives the same street address in Durban. An office is not a gambling licence: the licence we give for the studio is the UK account.
