Candy Rush is a Pragmatic Play slot released in May 2026. Sweets land on a seven-by-seven grid and pay in blocks of five or more that touch side to side or top to bottom, and winning symbols tumble away. Its own feature is a coloured square that can appear under the symbols carrying 2x and doubling with every winning tumble on top of it, up to 128x. The game's screens rate it low volatility, and a round's win is capped at 15,000 times the bet.

How Candy Rush pays
There are no paylines. The rules screen says every symbol pays in blocks of at least five connected horizontally or vertically on a grid of 49 positions, so a diagonal touch does not count and five sweets spread across the grid pay nothing.
Each block is paid once, at the highest step it reaches, and several blocks in one result are added up. The winning sweets then vanish, the rest drop down and new ones fall in from the top. This repeats until a tumble brings no win, and only after the last tumble of a base spin does the total reach the balance.
The paytable prices seven sweets for blocks of 5 to 14 and gives one figure for 15 or more. In dollars at the default $2.00 bet it is the same table, sweet for sweet, as the one on the rules screen of Pragmatic's Fortune of Olympus, which uses the same 7x7 block rule. Five green jelly beans, the smallest win, are 40 cents on a R2 spin by our arithmetic; a block of 15 or more red stars, R300.
What the Candy Rush sweets pay, in multiples of the bet
The rules screen shows the sweets as pictures and prices each block in dollars at a $2.00 bet. The names are our description of the pictures, the table keeps four of the eleven steps, and each figure is the dollar amount divided by 2 (our arithmetic).

The multiplier underlay
In the base game, on random spins, a square of 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 or 7x7 positions can appear in a random place under the symbols. It carries a 2x multiplier, which the rules say adds to a total multiplier for each symbol of a winning combination that sits above it. They give no worked example, so we do not compute one.
When at least one win lands on top of the square, the multiplier doubles after that tumble. From 2x that is 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x and then 128x, the maximum: six winning tumbles over the square in a row, by our count. When the spin's last tumble is played, the square disappears and its multiplier goes back to the start.
Free spins and Super Free Spins 🎁
Three, four, five, six or seven BONUS symbols give 10, 12, 15, 20 or 30 free spins, and the game decides at random whether the round is FREE SPINS or SUPER FREE SPINS. In the first, one underlay of any size lands on every free spin; in the second, the underlay on every spin is the full 7x7 grid. The same counts of BONUS symbols during the round add 10 to 30 more spins, and special reels are in play, which the rules do not describe further.
The round's win is paid when it ends. If a round's total reaches 15,000 times the bet, it stops there, the win is paid and the remaining free spins are forfeited: R30,000 on a R2 spin, by our arithmetic.
The three special bets, priced on a R2 base bet
Normal play is a bet multiplier of 20x. The costs below are our arithmetic on a R2 base bet; what each option does and the win cap shown with it switched on come from the rules screen.

Buying the bonus, and what the caps mean in rand
The caps shrink as the price grows, and in money they meet: 3,750 x R8, 1,500 x R20 and 150 x R200 are each R30,000, the same as 15,000 x R2 (our arithmetic). The paytable is paid on the base bet whichever option is on.
Three buys start a round from the base game, each with three to seven BONUS symbols sure to land on the triggering spin. For 100 times the base bet, R200 at R2, the round is Free Spins or Super Free Spins at random. For 300 times, R600, it is Super Free Spins 1. For 750 times, R1,500, it is Super Free Spins 2, where an underlay of random size appears on every spin and its increases are kept through the whole feature instead of resetting between free spins, still up to 128x.
The rules list 96.58% for normal play and the Ante Bet, 96.53% with Super Spin 1, 96.55% with Super Spin 2 and 96.56% for each buy. The special bets come only "in select markets", in the words of Pragmatic's launch post, so they may be missing from a casino's version. No option or staking pattern beats the house edge.
