Hey Sushi in South Africa: Cascading Sushi and a Climbing Multiplier
Hey Sushi is a Habanero slot that the studio's own site dates to 2020: five reels of three, 25 fixed lines, seven dishes and six card symbols. Winning symbols are cleared and new ones drop in, and each new cascade in a round steps a multiplier from x1 to x2, x3 and x5. Three or more scatters bring 10 free games whose multipliers start higher the later the feature triggers, up to x5 to x15. Habanero rates the volatility high and lists a maximum multiplier of x1,217.

How Hey Sushi works
Five reels of three rows carry 25 fixed lines: a spin costs 25 coins times the bet level (1, 2, 5, 7 or 10 in Habanero's demo). Line wins run from the leftmost reel, each line pays its longest win only, and wins on different lines are added.
The top of the pay table is seven dishes. By our reading of the pictures on the rules screen they are a rice bowl topped with glazed fish, red-fish sushi, omelette sushi, prawn tempura, orange-topped sushi wrapped in seaweed, a hand roll and fried balls under sauce; below them come A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9.
The wild, a red crab on a green tile, substitutes for all symbols except the scatter and appears only on reels 2 to 4, so by our reading every line win starts with a regular symbol on reel one. The scatter, tuna and prawn sushi with octopus on a red board, pays anywhere, added to line wins.
What each symbol pays on a R5 spin
In the rules, line wins 'are multiplied by bet per line' and scatter wins 'are multiplied by total bet'. At R5 a line carries R0.20; the rand columns are our multiplication before any multiplier, the last our division by the stake.

Cascades and the multiplier bar
'Winning symbols are replaced with new and/or existing symbols': by our reading, symbols above slide into the gaps and new ones fall in. 'Cascades continue as long as there are new wins', and the game multiplier 'increases with each new cascade in a game round until the maximum is reached': x1 for the initial cascade, x2 for the second, x3 for the third and x5 for the fourth or any later one.
When a cascade brings no new win, the multiplier 'resets to the applicable initial value', x1 in the base game. By our reading the step multiplies that cascade's line wins, and Habanero's free-game screenshot fits it: on a bar that starts at x3, two 10s and the wild at a €250 bet show 150.00, by our arithmetic three times the table's €50. Our base-game arithmetic at R5: five glazed-fish rice bowls pay R150 on the initial cascade and R750 on the fourth or later.
The free games: when the feature triggers sets the bar

How the ten free games play
'Once the feature is triggered, cascades for the base game are concluded.' Scatters are not line symbols, so by our reading one or two can stay on the reels through a cascade run and a third arrive with a later cascade.
Each free game climbs its bar the same way and, by our reading, drops back to the bar's first step when a cascade brings no new win. By the rules, scatters only appear during the base game and the feature cannot be retriggered: ten games, played at the lines and bet of the triggering spin.
Sushi bonus payouts in the free games 🎁
In the free games each dish 'appearing in winning combinations' awards a bonus, once per combination, and bonus payouts 'are multiplied by the bet per line and the current game multiplier'. Letters and numbers get none; rand is our multiplication at R5.

What the bonus does to a win, and the x1,217 🎁
By our comparison every dish's bonus is bigger than its pay for three of a kind, so a three-dish line in a free game pays four to almost six times its table value before the multiplier: three omelette sushi pay R3 plus R12. Five glazed-fish rice bowls on the x15 step pay (R150 + R20) x 15 = R2,550 at R5, by our arithmetic.
Habanero's game page lists a maximum multiplier of x1,217, R6,085 on a R5 spin by our multiplication, without saying which round reaches it.
