The Racaroon in South Africa: Hot Zone Wild, Win Multiplier and a 5,000x Grand
The Racaroon is a five-reel, 40-line Playtech slot from its Ash Gaming studio, set in a pastry shop. Its wild, a raccoon, can land in only one place, the Hot Zone in the middle of the reels, and when it does it collects every cash macaroon in view. A win multiplier climbs to 10x, a Bonus symbol next to the wild starts respins with a 5,000x Grand for a full screen, and a pick game pays one of four growing prizes.

Forty lines and one square for the wild
Five reels of three rows carry 40 fixed paylines. A win needs three or more of a symbol on consecutive reels from the leftmost one; the cash macaroons and the Bonus, 1 Up and X symbols do not pay on lines.
The wild, the Raccoon, lands only in the main game and only in one square, reel 3, row 2, the Hot Zone. It stands in for every line symbol and collects the prizes on all cash macaroons in view. If it misses, the help says the zone may rewind at random so that it lands.
A cash macaroon shows its prize and pays it when the wild collects it: green 0.5, purple 1, pink 1.5 and yellow 2 to 5 times the total bet, by the help.
What the symbols pay on a R5 spin

The win multiplier, 1 Up and X
A dial at the top right of the reels holds the win multiplier, which can reach 10x. A 1 Up symbol raises it by one, and it stops appearing once the dial reads 10x. The multiplier stays locked, and multiplies nothing, until an X symbol lands: then every cash macaroon on the reels is multiplied by the current value. X lands only in the main game, and the help says Bonus and X cannot land on the same spin, while Bonus and 1 Up can.
The help names one reset of the dial, at the end of the respins, and does not say whether an X landing in the main game resets it. A yellow macaroon worth 5x under an X at a 6x multiplier would be worth 30 times the bet, R60 on a R2 spin, by our arithmetic.
Racaroon Respins and the 5,000x Grand
A Bonus symbol anywhere on the reels together with the wild in the Hot Zone starts the Racaroon Respins. The wild stays locked in its square, three respins are given, and only cash macaroons and 1 Up symbols can land. Each one that lands puts the count back to three.
Every cash macaroon that lands in the feature is multiplied by the current win multiplier, and a 1 Up raises it by one. Fill every position and the Grand pays 5,000 times the total bet, R10,000 on a R2 spin by our arithmetic. When the respins run out, every prize is paid, there is a chance at the pick game, and the multiplier goes back to 1x.
The Golden Macaroon pick game
Any main-game spin that lands a cash macaroon can start the Golden Macaroon, and so can the end of the respins. You pick boxes until three matching macaroons show, and win the Special Prize of that colour.
The four Special Prizes stand over the reels and grow with play: every green, purple or pink macaroon that lands adds 0.1x to the prize of its colour, and every yellow one 0.25x. A prize that is won goes back to its starting value.

Playtech's server runs builds with the same rules and different returns: 95.83%, 94.86%, 93.85% and 91.87% in STANDARD BET mode, each named under Return to Player in its own help, with lower Buy Feature figures to match. R1,000 staked returns about R958 or R919 at the two ends, in theory and by our arithmetic.
Buying is not a better deal by default: in the 95.83% build nine of the ten prices return less than the standard spin, and only 8x, at 95.99%, returns more. The help says the maximum win has an upper limit and refers to the Terms and Conditions for it.
