Hollywoodbets FICA: the documents and how to send them
Hollywoodbets activates an account only once you have handed in your FICA documents, and pays nothing out before your identity is verified. Its help pages call FICA "a copy of your ID"; its terms allow it to ask for more.

The documents Hollywoodbets asks for
Its FICA help section: "FICA is a copy of your ID." It accepts an ID copy or a passport; a driver's licence only as a supporting document for someone with a temporary ID or a damaged one. For a smart card ID, a picture of both the front and the back. Its terms (clause 6.6) say a driver's licence, front and back, may be accepted as proof of identification when you cannot produce an ID document for reasons Hollywoodbets accepts.
Its terms and conditions (clause 6.9) allow Hollywoodbets to ask, at any time, for proof of your physical address (an account from a municipality, or from a bank in the case of a mortgaged property) and proof of your bank account, none older than three months; without them it can suspend the account, or close it if you refuse.

What waits for FICA
Activation: its registration help says the account is activated only once the FICA documents are in.
Withdrawals: none until your identity is verified (clause 12.2). An EFT withdrawal goes to a bank account in your own name, with a copy of your ID, and Hollywoodbets may check the details through Nedbank's banking security solution or ask for a stamped bank statement. Cash at a branch needs your ID, and above certain limits it may also ask for proof of residence (clause 12.10).
Crypto deposits: not allowed until the account is fully FICA verified.
