The name comes in three spellings from one studio. Red Tiger's game page writes "Pirates Plenty", the game's own help and its title text "Pirates' Plenty", and its banner adds "The Sunken Treasure". Red Tiger also lists Pirates' Plenty: Treasures of the Seas, a MegaWays edition and Battle for Gold as separate games, so check the title on the tile before you open it.

Fifty map symbols and a reel that stays open
Map symbols land only on spins outside Ocean Spins and only while the sixth reel is still locked. Each one moves the ship along the map, and when 50 have been collected, the help says, the Treasure Reel is unlocked "for all future spins at the same stake". Red Tiger's page puts it more shortly: once unlocked, it stays unlocked.
The unlock is tied to the stake it was earned at, not to every bet size. What the help does not give is how often a map symbol lands, so it cannot tell anyone how many spins 50 of them take, and this page puts no number on it.
Wild Ships on the sixth reel
The unlocked reel brings Wild Ships: extra tall wild symbols that may cover the entire reel on any spin, the help says, with or without a win multiplier of 2x, 3x or 5x. Red Tiger's page adds that they appear only once the Treasure Reel is open, and its description speaks of "Mega Wild Ships".
One limit is written into the rules: a win line formed only by wild symbols is not affected by the multiplier. The help does not say how often a ship lands or carries a multiplier, so the rules alone put no value on the unlocked reel.
The Wild Monkey clears the low symbols
In the base game a Wild Monkey can land at any time. When it does, it removes every low-paying symbol from the reels and new top-paying symbols take their place; the monkey itself stays on the spot of the last symbol it removed, as a wild. It never appears during Ocean Spins.
The help names no symbols and carries no pay table, so it does not say which symbols count as low-paying or what the top-paying ones pay.
Ocean Spins: keys, chests and more wilds
Three Ocean Spins symbols award 10 free spins. Three Sunken Treasure chests wait above the reels, and a ghostly captain symbol may land on any free spin with treasure chest keys. Three keys unlock one chest.
