How Fire Strike 2 works
Wins pay left to right from the leftmost reel on ten lines, only the highest win per line is paid, and line wins are multiplied by the bet per line, while the bonus prizes below are multiplied by the total bet.
Pragmatic's launch post sorts the symbols into dice, playing cards, chips, banknotes and bells at the low end and coloured 7s at the high end, and the rules screen adds three kinds of BAR and a line of mixed 7s. At the demo's default total bet of 2.00, five red 7s pay 200.00, by our arithmetic 100x the total bet, or R200 on a R2 spin. Three cards, three dice or three mixed 7s pay 1.00, half the total bet.
The Fire Strike 2 Wild substitutes for every symbol except the scatter and has its own line prize: five on a line pay 400.00 at a 2.00 bet, 200x the total bet by our arithmetic. The plain Fire Strike symbol is there for the bonus count.
Six or more Fire Strike or Fire Strike Wild symbols anywhere on the screen pay an instant money bonus, and exactly fifteen Fire Strike Wilds win the Jackpot, which the intro screen puts at 25,000x the bet.
The new piece is the diamond. It is the scatter, it lands only on reels 1, 3 and 5, and three of them at once pay 2x the total bet and start the free spins feature.
What the fire symbol count pays, base game and free spins
Pragmatic's rules screens list both prize ladders in cash at the demo's bet of 2.00. Here they are as multiples of the total bet, by our arithmetic. In free spins the ladder starts one symbol earlier and every step pays the prize the base game gives for one symbol more.

Inside the diamond free spins
The round is where Fire Strike 2 parts ways with its predecessor.
- Twelve spins, twelve more on a retrigger. The round starts with 12 free spins, and three more diamonds during the round add another 12. The rules name special reels for the feature but do not publish them.
- A lower bar for the count. Five fire symbols are enough for a prize in free spins, against six in the base game, and each count pays the next step up of the base ladder.
- Fire symbols can stick. Each Fire Strike symbol that lands has a random chance of staying on the screen for every remaining spin of the round.
- Any fifteen fire symbols win the Jackpot. In free spins, any fifteen Fire Strike or Fire Strike Wild symbols win the Jackpot. In the base game it takes fifteen wilds and nothing else.
- One wording to read in your lobby. The rules sentence above the free spins ladder names Fire Strike Wild symbols, while the icons beside it show a Fire Strike symbol without the WILD label and Pragmatic's launch post speaks of five or more Fire Strike symbols. The screen does not settle which count it means, so check the rules in your casino's version.
Fire Strike 2 against the original Fire Strike
Both games have five reels, ten lines, the same base game ladder for six to fifteen fire symbols and the same 25,000x prize for a screen of wilds, and Pragmatic's game pages give both an RTP of 96.50%. The sequel's rules screen in the official free demo gives 96.53%.
The original has no scatter and no free spins, and its rules screen rates it low volatility. Fire Strike 2's screens say high volatility: games that "pay out less often on average but the chance to hit big wins in a short time span is higher". The original's green diamond is an ordinary line symbol; in the sequel a diamond is the scatter, and a bell sits in the low end of the pay table, which the original's rules screen does not show.
The sequel also states a limit the original's rules leave out. A win in Fire Strike 2 is capped at 25,000x the bet in the base game and in free spins, and if a free spins round reaches 25,000x, it ends at once, the win is paid and the remaining spins are forfeited.

What high volatility means at this table of prizes
Read the base game's table from the bottom and it is modest: the cheapest three-symbol lines return half the stake, three wilds return 25x, and a count of eight fire symbols still pays only 8x. The bigger multiples sit in the free spins ladder, and that round needs three diamonds at once on the only three reels that carry them. That is the trade the high volatility label describes.
