How Elephant Stampede pays
The game rules in RubyPlay's free demo call it 'a 5-reel, 3-row video slot featuring Stampede Choice Bonus, Jackpot Pick, and Stampede Rush', and 'The game is played with 50 lines.'
Line wins pay 'in order from the leftmost to the rightmost reel', only the highest win per line is paid, and wins on different lines are added. The elephant is the wild: it 'can appear on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the main game and Free Games' and stands in for everything except the scatter and the coin. The baobab tree at sunset is the scatter and pays anywhere; the gold coin with a mask feeds Stampede Rush.
Only the cheetah pays for two of a kind, and three cheetahs pay R2 on a R10 spin. The rhino, zebra and wildebeest pay R1 for three, and so do the five card symbols, by our arithmetic from the table below. RubyPlay's game page gives a hit frequency of 31.31%, which is about one spin in three returning something.
What a line pays on a R10 spin
The PAYTABLE screen of RubyPlay's demo shows these amounts at a total bet of 1.00 in euro; we multiplied them by ten for a R10 spin, as the rules scale the table with the bet, and named the animals from the pictures. The scatter row is paid on the whole bet.

Stampede Rush: coins that hold and fill rows
Every coin carries a value: 'Each appears with a prize (1x to 10x total bet).' Six or more coins anywhere in the main game start Stampede Rush, and the scatter pick described below can start it too. The reels give way to 'special reels containing only Coin symbols and empty spaces', the coins that started the feature hold, and you get 3 respins.
Any coin that lands holds its place until the end, and the respins go back to 3. The feature ends when the respins run out or all 15 positions hold a coin, and then the values on all the coins are paid. Filled rows add a fixed prize on top: one full row pays the Minor, 15 times the bet; any two the Major, 40 times; all three the Grand, 1,400 times. 'Only one Grand, Major, or Minor prize (the highest shown) is awarded during the feature', so a full screen pays the Grand alone, not all three.
On a R10 spin, by our arithmetic, that is R150, R400 or R14,000 before the coins, each worth R10 to R100; the rules do not say how often each value comes.
Stampede Choice: the scatter pays, then you pick
Three, four or five baobabs in the main game pay first, 7, 15 or 100 times the bet (R70, R150 or R1,000 on a R10 spin). Then 'Two Scatter symbols appear' and you 'Select a Scatter to activate Stampede Rush or Free Games.' The paytable calls it a 'Pick to reveal Stampede Rush or Free Games' and gives no chance for either side.
Free Games 'award 6, 9, or 15 games with 50, 100, or 200 added Wilds.' The screen does not say what decides the number of games, how the three counts pair with the three numbers of wilds, or where the added wilds go. Three or more scatters during the free games pay again and add 'the same number of Free Games when the feature was triggered'.

Jackpot Pick: twelve coins and a match of three
'During base game or Free Games, Wild symbol randomly triggers Bonus.' Line wins are paid first, then 12 coins appear and you keep picking 'until 3 matches to win the corresponding prize.' Its rules list the four levels in the table above and no multiplier.
