How Lucky Lightning works
The base game has five reels of three symbols, 243 ways. Pragmatic's launch post of 17 June 2021 sets it in Ancient Greece with the gods Zeus and Hera, the Minotaur of Crete, the Griffin and the winged horse Pegasus; A, K, Q, J and 10 are the low symbols.
Wins pay left to right on adjacent reels from the leftmost one, one symbol per reel in any row. Only the highest win is paid on each way, and wins on different ways add up.
The wild, a gold lightning bolt on a red disc, appears only on reels 1 and 2 and substitutes for all symbols except the bonus and money symbols. The bonus symbol, a Greek temple, appears on reels 1 to 5. Money symbols, coins with a helmeted head, appear on reels 3 to 6, and a sixth reel, when the grid has one, contains only coins. The rules describe no ante bet and no gamble option.
Lucky Lightning paytable in multiples of the total bet
The rules screen shows pays in cash at the demo's default $2.00 bet; divided by that bet they give the multiples below, and the rand figures are the same pays on a R2 spin (our arithmetic). The picture and card symbols pay per way: three of a card rank return R0.40 of a R2 stake.

Two wilds: the respin, the growing reels and the coin collection
The intro screen calls it the Double Wild Respin Feature, the rules the Wild Respin and Collection Feature. It starts whenever a wild hits reel 1 along with a wild on reel 2. The game then has a random chance to extend the screen for that spin to 3x6 (a sixth reel of coins), 3x3x4x4x4 (a fourth row on reels 3 to 5) or 3x3x4x4x4x4 (both).
Winning ways are paid first. Then every coin on the screen locks in place and reels 3, 4 and 5 respin; the wilds, on reels 1 and 2, stay where they are. After the respin the rules collect "the values of all MONEY symbols that are adjacent to the WILD symbols on reels 1 and 2, forming a left-to-right payway" and pay the total. By our arithmetic, coins of 2x, 5x and 1x on reels 3, 4 and 5 make an unbroken run worth 8x, R16 on a R2 spin. Pragmatic's game page describes the respin as won "if the sixth one is full of Money Symbols"; this page follows the rules screen.
Coin values and the three fixed jackpots
At each spin a coin takes a random value from this list or a fixed jackpot; the plaques beside the reels show the jackpots in cash at the current bet. The rules give no odds; rand amounts are our arithmetic for a R2 spin.

The Coverall: every coin paid twice
The Coverall needs the same two wilds on reels 1 and 2, with reels 3, 4, 5 and 6 (if the grid has a sixth) covered with money symbols at the end of the spin. Then, in the rules' words, "the total value of MONEY symbols on the screen is paid once, then paid once again". By our count that is 9 coins on the basic grid and 16 on the largest; nine coins of 1x would pay 18x, R36 on a R2 spin.
Free spins: 10, 15 or 50 games on six reels 🎁
Three, four or five bonus symbols pay 2x, 10x or 100x the bet and start 10, 15 or 50 free spins, and the round always starts on a 3x6 grid. The Wild Respin and Collection Feature is available in the round, with a random chance of growing the screen to 3x3x4x4x4x4 for that spin, and three or more bonus symbols add spins on the same scale. The rules add that special reels are in play; the intro screen advertises free games "with extra wilds".
Buying the round, and the 10,100x cap
The Buy Bonus Max button starts the free spins round for 100 times the total bet, R200 on a R2 spin by our arithmetic. By the rules a bought round plays on the 3x3x4x4x4x4 grid for its whole duration; Pragmatic's launch post, which offers the purchase to players "in certain jurisdictions", calls it "the 3×6 Free Game". The rules give its price and grid, not the number of spins it brings. They put the RTP at 96.45% for normal play and 96.48% for the buy, and no staking pattern or system beats the house edge in either.
Wins are limited to 10,100 times the bet in the base game and free spins, R20,200 on a R2 spin by our arithmetic. A round whose total win reaches the cap ends at once: the win is paid up to the cap and the remaining features are forfeited, in a free spins round the spins left.
